KICKBOXING

Learn the basics of kickboxing with bag-work, interactive pad-work, and drills in these technique and cardio-heavy classes.

With the permission of the Sensei, advanced students are welcome to spar. Headgear, mouth guards, kicks, and gloves are required and can be purchased at the dojo.

COMBAT CONDITIONING & FITNESS

Get fit and improve your fighting stamina with these cardio-heavy conditioning classes that blend circuit training, partnered, group, and individual drills.

SHOTOKAN KARATE

Learn the katas of Shotokan Karate, practice your stances, forms, kicks, and blocks with other students and one-on-one training.
